Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, directly to Google, Meta, and TikTok. Doru never touches your advertising budget — all ad spend is charged to your own billing profile on each platform.
Does Doru need access to my ad accounts?
Yes, but only with your permission. You connect each platform via standard OAuth. You can disconnect at any time from your Doru settings.
Will Doru change my campaigns without asking?
No. Every change — launches, edits, pauses — requires your explicit approval. The only automated action is read-only: we periodically pull your metrics so your dashboard stays up to date.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
Yes. We require a credit card to start your 15-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before that with zero cost.
What is a "project"?
A project is one brand or advertiser you manage inside Doru. Each project gets its own AI agent, campaign workspace, and ad platform connections. All plans include 1 project; Pro and Enterprise can add more for a fixed monthly fee per project.
Is my data safe?
Doru uses encrypted storage, per-customer data isolation, and SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. Your OAuth tokens and campaign data are scoped to your account and never shared.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. When you cancel, we disconnect your platform integrations and delete your data per our retention policy.
