Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, directly to Google, Meta, and TikTok. Doru never touches your advertising budget — all ad spend is charged to your own billing profile on each platform. Doru charges a separate monthly subscription for the platform itself.
Does Doru need access to my ad accounts?
Yes, but only with your permission. You connect each platform via standard OAuth — you click "Connect", the platform's own consent screen asks if you want to grant Doru access to your account, and you click Allow. You can disconnect at any time from your Doru settings.
Will Doru change my campaigns without asking?
No. Every change to a live campaign — launches, edits, pauses — requires your explicit approval in the Doru interface. The only automated action is read-only: we periodically pull your campaign metrics so your dashboard stays up to date.
Is my data safe?
Doru uses encrypted storage, per-customer data isolation, and SOC 2-compliant infrastructure providers. Your OAuth tokens and campaign data are scoped to your account and never shared with other customers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, we disconnect your platform integrations and delete your data according to our retention policy.
